then pay the remaining amount of 14999 on Amazon with AGVs Purchased via Millennia CC.

Don't do it for Times Prime. It isn't working with ICICI cards.

Some Billers Allow on the offical Website to pay partially

For example, My Biller allow to pay Partially but only via Netbanking.

If I am expecting a Bill greater than 15k then I can pay before Bill generation too using Credit Cards , provided past dues are clear.

Similarly Other Billers also have this kind of facilty.
