I claimed the coupon with HDFC regalia, it worked and it shows validity till 30th Sep 2024. But when I tried to claim on timesprime, it says the coupon is expired!!

What? I got preapproved ace, fyf, already dispatched, will receive in 2-3 days. I already have 4 rupay platinum debit cards for bill payment offer. I thought atleast worth for times prime. Now this ace is useless for me.
