Freecharge started charging fee for payments below 1K as well

Freecharge started charging convenience fee for payments below 1K as well. Seems it started from Nov 1. Seems using HDFC DC on free charge for 1% is over.

I think Freecharge MCC has changed. It’s not showing as utility to me.

I paid 1k bills twice on freecharge on 13th Nov and got 20 points too.

But from 3rd payment, it's charging the convenience fee for 1k also. Freecharge is worst. How will they get customer if they charge like this while there are many platforms that doesn't charge a fee
