I am a Freecharge app user and I need to do full KYC to be able to completely utilize the benefits of Freecharge wallet. I am currently a minimum KYC user and I see no option to upgrade to full KYC. How do I proceed?

Only Axis savings account holder get Full KYC as of now. Best of luck with that

Wallet loads are chargeable even using debit card. Freecharge to Paidcharge after being acquired by Axes.

I emailed them and they say I am eligible for full kyc, pls try now.

Im not sure what to try and how to try. I don't see an option in app to update to full kyc. Pls let me know the process if you have tried

Email to support@freecharge-support.freshdesk.com and they will ask screenshot of axis bank profile (you have taken photo from other devices since axis bank app will won't allow it) and once they asked you. Then it will forward to axis Bank to enable option to do full KYC within 10 working days and once you follow the Freecharge full kyc you are done and you are full KYC holder.
