Fuel Surcharge Rate while using Indian Oil Axis Bank Credit Card. I do payment of Rs150/- on Indian Oil Fuel Merchant, But Rs161.8/- shown in my statement. It is huge amount add on small amount payment. Can anyone explain about it. How can avoid and what is term and condition. Who charge the surcharge bank or merchant?
