My advice to you that do not open indie accounts, just for the sake of this vry temporary offer.
They might change t&c anytime soon or can add up more clause.

My experience with branch visits has been as follows:

"Sir, yeh hamara account nahi hai. Our account is in the IndusInd Bank mobile app. Please open a new account."

"Sir, aapka full KYC nahi hua hai, so you cannot deposit/withdraw cash. Please complete the KYC again. Even through Indie is showing Full KYC done"

"Sir, humein yeh nahi pata ki aapke account mein kya income slab hai. Jis branch ne account open kiya tha, unse poochiye."

"Sir, why don't you use net banking with Indie?"

Got the same message, when tried to do vkyc, agent told me that vkyc is not needed as you have already done it before. There is some technical issue due to which verified users are also getting this message. Poor tech

It's because of technical issues. Ideally when starting up the app, wait till your account slab badge comes just below welcome in top left corner. Before that, don't click anything.

Subah glitch hua tha. 11 baje ke baad full kyc bataya. Ajab hi hai inke systems.

Abhi kuch der pehle call aaya Indie se. Bandha bol raha tha 'credit cards ke min 500 bills pay karo aur flat 100 points pao har bill pay pe. Max points 1000 per month. Agar apke paas sirf 2-3 cards hai to friends ya family se cards lo aur unke bills pay kardo'. I was like wtf. Ye khud lootne ko bol raha hai.

Pure 3 months k statement bhejna padega.
I liked the audacity & confident in the answer given but they can't speak so confidently over call, I bet.
Itna confidently answer dega toh dada,dadi,nana,nani ki gaali nikal jayega.

Edit: transferred 1500 to mobikwik wallet (0 charges for wallet loading idk why) phir kuch din ke gaps mein ₹500 3 times pay kar diya
