I paid to fuel pump and got gems within 5 hours
But cc bill payments I did yesterday gems are not credited

Is this same for everyone?

Last month I paid for all my cards thinking they might withdraw the offers and then instead of devaluing they increased the cashback. Because of their unique card thing, I could not claim the complete 1000 Gems last month. So now the question is should I wait this month or claim pay as soon as possible?
