Guys I made six bill payments on Friday, but I still haven't received any gems for those transactions. Typically the gems are credited the following day. Have there been any changes to this process?

Same here, waiting for gems for bills paid on Friday. Have not received referral bonus(250) and initial funding bonus(100).

Today I made a fuel payment for Rs 750. Even for this I haven’t received any gems. I have written an email to indie customer care. Will post here if I get any response

When i click on link which i get in the form of schedule and charges for my account

I tried calling my RM but her line was busy. Hence wrote an email

I checked my recent transactions. Couldn’t find any credits

It seems like the cashback is limited to 500 gems every calendar month effective 19th March. I have already got more than 500 gems till 18th.
