Reply aa gya to reply email ka pdf attach kardo.

Past Complaints ke reocrd se Banks ki G***D fatt jati🤣

Isley m maintain karke chlta sab compalints ka record.

HDFC ko jab mne past ke complaint numbers share kiye toh next Email unke senior Manager se aaya thha na ki regular executive jo mera Case handle kar raha thha.

Axis ke case m toh RBI ne Axis ki akaad nikal di, Axis Past Complaints ka record dek ke bhi Sakt londa bna raha, RBI ke samne pighal gaya🤣

Mne bhi sambhaal ke rakhe hue hai🙈

1 saal se card pin generation theek nhi kr pa rha HDFC. ATM mein jaake change krna padta hai. Aur abhi ek txn dispute ka zarur lafda payga. Agr usmein zara si bhi inhone tang kia. Sidha ye mudda launga. Rbi ke dhamki se millenia lunga🙈

For ex:- Bank ko complain kiya 1 ko
Bank ka reply aaya 5 ko
RBI ko complain kiya 6 ko , 30 din purani date mai (5th of last month)
But mail mai toh isi month ki 1st date mention hogi na

Kya jhol hai…..RBI must catch it one day

Agar 30 din se pehle first complaint ke sath reply email email ka copy attach karoge to koi issue nahi hoga.

Dates sahi rakho koi fark nahi padta us se bas tumhe reply aaya hai ya nahi wo matter karta.

Reply aa gya to ek reminder email bhej do and uska bhi email copy attach kardo.

Maine bahut sare complaints aise hi register kiye hai past me sab resolve hua.
