I called them , they didn't even ask me anything (name, no, email). They says I know your no.Lol.

Same issue. Customer care said they support multiple accounts on same no , but somehow I could not get past this screen

Received a call now from Indie Team. They asked my address for delivery of physical Debit Card.

Got upgraded to Mega tyre tier. Blocked Platinum virtual debit card. When I request new DC, it shows "Base Platinum Physical". But the card issued is Visa Signature.

yeah for me this is the first account.. I thought they are calling to verify the address.. But they typed the address as I said.
