The form is computer filled you don't have to do anything, They took your PAN, aadhaar, and signature all three points are covered. that's why your account got activated. They are required by the backend to activate, no way around it brother, it's called compliance.

No is my case there is no system Generated form only the blue color form that was filled manually using pen.

Etnai sarai bank mai account h sabse jaldi or smooth kam mera union mai hi hua tha. Edhar UNION sai aur logo ka galat kharab kardiya h🤣🤣🤣
Yeah really whatever the psu bank i visit,I'm getting worst services.
1.CBI - quarrel with bank guys, complaint to zonal officer
2. PNB- quarrel with BM
3. UBI - twitter complaint
I don't know why these psus dont provide me easy services without inconvenience

Bhai m do din branch gya (3-4 Km hi door hai) to mereko BM ne bola closing hai baad me kar denge. 3sre din mne bola m wait kar luga but khula k jauga, BM ne ek dusre employee ko lagaya, shuru me usne 5 min wait karaya but baat kar k pata chala wo ek dost ka dost hai. Fir kya cabin m uske bagal me baith k gossip krte krte open hogya.
But abi mere branch wale encourage kar rhe logo ko SBPRO k liye (as long as wo professional hai) 10K mab ka account kyu ni kholna chahege ye log. Mje bi bola aur log ho family me to khold denge SBPRO.

Ganja phookne ke baad bi log in bank walo se jada sensible kaam karte hai. CBoI ka I understand ki zero MAB account hai, but UBI ka koi sense ni bnta hai. PNB me kn se account k liye charas boya apki life me?

50k elite premium. Even BM has no idea such account exists and we can take 3 dcs lol

Yaar apko hi sare nmoone milte hai kya. PNB me mne account khola tha to BM was very insistent on opening Elite account (jabki katai rural branch h meri, mtlb rural se bi rural branch). Mje chiye ni tha wo alag baat hai.
