What is correct step by step procedure now to get successful vdc?

First setting pin to physical dc
Turning on online transactions
Doing one transaction
Logging into app
Creating vdc
Setting pin to vdc
Turning on online transactions to vdc

Is this correct?
i did not follow the pattern, first I have set pin to physical dc then directly generated vdc -> vdc pin -> added both cards on rupay page(differen logins)
 
Probable Solution for Non-Working VDC - Contact Union Bank support through call or email (preferred) and tell them that you are not able to do any online transaction for this card (mention the card #). They will be able to fix it. Don't mention whether it is physical or virtual DC.
** Note - I have not personally tested this workaround because mine is working fine. This has been shared by one of my friend. Please don't request to send mail content, take help of chatgpt if required 😉 😉

Escalation through which channel?
Email (nodal/regional/general) or grievance portal?
