I Applied for a Union Udaan Savings Account on 15/09/2025. Due to Aadhaar server overload, OTPs did not arrive, so the physical form was filled and submitted. The officer attempted OTP on 16/09/2025 as well, but it failed again because of heavy Aadhaar traffic around the income-tax due date. The account was finally opened on 17/09/2025 with a customized last 7-digit account number. There was one error in the form, so a branch visit was made on the morning of 18/09/2025 to correct it. The officer informed that the corrected documents would be sent to Head Office (mode not confirmed—physical or scanned). She advised that the account would be activated within 2–3 days, and the Rupay Select Debit Card (RSDC) and cheque book would be delivered to the registered address within 7–10 days thereafter.

- Based on recent experiences of others who opened this account, by when can activation realistically be expected?
- Will the RSDC be issued automatically with the Udaan account, or is a separate form/request required? Also, what is the typical delivery timeline?”
Depends on how busy the headoffice people are. Mostly 7 to 10 days.
No, have to be manually applied. No separate form required. Branch has to apply.
How can I know if my account is activated or not? Will I receive SMS.

Update is already out, with no option to view cvv.
I have not gotten any update this month also
No option to see CVV for virtual card complain many times, care n branch head clueless, jst assuring soon will be resolved but actually they even don't know what is virtual card in starting chats with them🤪

I have v 8.1.7, date of release 4 sept 2025.
Virtual card is showing with no cvv option.

May be they would start rolling out another update to the vyom 2.0 app ...by the end of the month scheduled.I have posted the above since I got a reply from them today
and obviously their mobile banking team knows that already they had released vyom 2.0 update out in app/play store so they wouldn't reply any lame answer regarding the same
