i haven't received any communication regarding debit card, should I wait or should I apply by visiting branch. Can I generate virtual debit card before receiving physical debit card?

No don’t generate

You were a bit late, my curiosity got me, and I went ahead and generated the virtual debit card. The card got generated successfully, it's rupay select with the same bin as you and others. I have set the DC pin, and I will wait 24 hours and see how it goes.

BTW physical card is also showing up in VYOM app.

The transaction is failing with "Make sure ecom transaction is enabled"....after entering OTP.

If there was any it should had been down by now. I generated the pin 12 days ago

No cooling period. For me happened instantly with my physical card. The virtual card, I did my transaction after 2-3 days post pin generation. Worked.

Recently there were issues with my friend's virtual dc. It took almost 4-5 days to get 1st transaction successful after vdc and pin generation.

So I guess it is a problem with the bank per se bro. Only suggestion would be to wait.

Not truly such long anyone have to wait to get physical RSDC. Don't know what's the algo behind it. My card was applied from branch on 19th March and I got RSDC on 22nd March, that too by India Post and Chq book on 24th March considering Sunday in between.

Hi, i got printed application form from branch and asked me to sign in this booklet. At last page, debit card form is there, master is ticked.
What to do

Hi buddy, no need to worry. As per official bank T&C, Udaan is eligible for Visa Sig DC and RSDC. No MasterCard.
Let it be whatever is ticked in form, actual DC application is taken for most of us on the day of a/c activation when you visit branch. So, if not done already, when applying force them to apply for RSDC.
If Master is already applied and card got generated, just don't activate the card by setting pin. Hotlist that and incase of any charges, raise to RBIO.
Why haven't you crossed Master in form & tick Rupay and haven't write RUPAY SELECT in bold beside it and on the top?
Now coming to Virtual, only Rupay network cards gets generated as Virtual in Vyom and if your a/c type is Udaan then it will be RSDC for sure.
But on the safer side, don't generate now. Rather get the physical one first & then apply for virtual.
