Vdc via app only bro.

When I did in jan, it was fine and did transaction instantly after generating the vdc and pin and all.
When my sis tried it last week, it had issues and had to wait 4-5 days to get the 1st transaction successful after vdc generation.

But yes both cards were generated pin in vyom app only

Still if not working wait for sometime. Some banks especially CBI and virtual dc of Union Bank are facing multiple issues at rupay select PG after entering card details, for the past one week.

VDC: Ecom is enabled by default on VDC. However you will have to set PIN, which only works via VYOM app not whatsapp

PDC: Ecom disabled by default. Vyom/netbanking is required.

Shitty ubi yar. For my frd acc, vyom has been saying change in device. Been contacting cs for removing old device. Everytime they saying it will be done in 4hours but its not. 10days wasted.

Netbanking saying no contact details found lol.

How can i turn on ecom, this quarter getting wasted🥲

I though u lost access to Vyom somehow as it doesnt let you re register another device (even same device if uninstalled)

Man I understand your frustration. I received an android update and vyom stopped working, tried re-registering but it failed. Somehow the bank guy de registered devuce and gave me a new token.

PSU banks try to stay away from digital banking to justify jobs. They will go out of their way to make mobile/net banking un usable as much as they can. They complained when the computers first came and it goes to this day. SBI's recent update would have cause at least 30-40% of sbi customers to loose access to Yono app.

But at atm and ivr. I couldn't found that option.

Yes ATM/IVR doesn't work unfortunately.

BTW is your/your friend's VDC txns going though without any error?

Without login,how can i generate vdc man sadly. So 2 cards benefits are going to be wasted.
Thats union salary account and got rsdc by default.
