Although they say within 60 days after the eligible transaction is done, the customer will receive the device, but how much time do they actually take to send you the device? In my case, it has already been almost 3 weeks since the eligible transaction got completed, so by when can I expect to receive the Nord Buds?

Also, do they inform the customers that they are now shipping / have shipped the device via XYZ courier company, just like they do it when sending their credit cards?

I got my card in Sep and made the transaction in the first week, but I got the gift in Oct. There was no communication from Standard chartered on reward shipping, one day I got a message from blue dart about my delivery, and when I open the package I came to know it from standard chartered rewards team

Didn't raise any ticket. Didn't know about this offer. Still received the headphones. So was wondering who sent it.

Same here. Received buds today. Was not expecting them. Only applied for and got the credit card sometime in May 2023.

I received my buds yesterday.

In my case, I mailed them 2-3 weeks back, as even after 70 days had passed since spends fulfillment, there was no update or receipt of buds.

Yesterday they replied back saying shipped via Bluedart and later in the day I received 🙂

For info, shipment comes from Reward360 Global Services, Bangalore via Bluedart

I had received card on 17th june, a day before the last day of the offer.

Have not heard from them post that.
