Getting one more icici core card cibil report?

Currently I am holding a sapphiro cc from icici. Now netbanking showing I'm pre-approved for icici rupay coral cc, I don't have any rupay cc. So If I opt for the card will I get a cibil enquiry and new card account created on cibil or multiple cc from icici treated as single shared account on cibil?

no cibil enquiry for pre approved cards. 1 account in cibil for multiple icici cards. ICICI APay is only exception for me in ICICI which has separate account in CIBIL.

No CIBIL enquiry is done for pre-approved cards. You can avail the LTF Coral RuPay
