Getting some error in HDFC Bank Credit Card application.

I had applied for a CC on HDFC in march but I didn't complete the application and left it halfway.

Now when I try to apply i get can error saying I already have a previous application but it doesn't show up in application tracking. On emailing HDFC, they're telling me to go apply at a branch which I don't want to do..

Should I wait for the cooldown period which is 6 months or any other suggestions so that I could apply at home?

I am also getting the same error when I check my pre-approved card. I had applied back in Feb this year. Did bank confirm the cooling period is 6 months?

Yup it's 6 months. I've tried asking them to delete the application so I can reapply but they insist to apply at a branch
