Getting three pre-approved ICICI coral cards (conditional)

This is bit tricky, and in few case i may not not how it happened
But i got three LTF ICICI coral cards as of now in same account.

So condition of my account is something like this:
I don't have bank account with icici
I have sapphiro under alumni scheme
I have Apay LTF.

Surprisingly Apay have more CL Than sapphiro
And somehow they don't share limit (or even if sharing, once current outstanding never showed up in another one.

Both Apay and sapphiro isolated in two different tabs in same login credentials.

I applied coral rupay with pre-approved offer. It was genera instantly. (No cibil hit, not otp, just kike click and get)
Then i selected sapphiro in above tab and retried icici coral, this time it was showing offer but says already generated sam Variant card, but when came back there is another two card in portfolio.
Bith card dispatched today with two different card ending number and tracking ID

If you meet same criteria, can give a try

Well i tried to search for multiple coral CC but i haven't found one because i was looking for exact reason to apply in another account.

However fi you really have found one, you can lock/delete this post.

Today got another dispatch mail.not even opened my profile from kast 3 days.

Anyone know what's happening here?

Even I had applied for pre-approved coral rupay 2 days back and they have issued two coral as of now, not sure what to do with additional coral cc that's been issued. Does closing one of it will affect cibil score? ICICI Bank has been notorious with it.
