Means you havenot got LTF Myzone.. Dont take this..

Just ask them to send NEO SMS.. It should be available.. They know that you might get NEO LTF.. thats why they are saying it is not available..
try calling a few more times.. a different agent may do the trick..

When you cal next time.l. dont talk about anything...
Just tell them you want NEO card only.. dont talk about any other card..
and ask him/ her to send NEO Consent SMS, thats it.. dont talk about anything else.
You say I love NEO..

I got neo rupay but it charges showing after accepting consent link 250.
So should I activate after receiving this card? Can they do ltf after sometime?
