What do you mean area isn't this branch agnostic and you can do this in any malabar branch?

I was able to pay via APay hen enrolled for the Gold Scheme. After 2-3 months APAY option was removed from app. Tried to contact CS & then came to know, it was disabled for some areas .. No information provided to Malabar local Branch.. Finally, I have to use my ICICI TB for monthly payment..
