Here is how I got twinkle.

Tried cc bill payments twice with 101/102 amount... didnt get what I wanted.
Then made cc payment of 3k+ and got it instantly.

165 CB from scratch card.

Means Google pay tej chal rha hain..
Jo sharing ker ke laddo collect ker rhe unko 50-60 CB aur jo cc payment usko 150+.
Galat baat hai yeh Google ki😆
