no but i taked with the support they say that the cc load option will be available when the account is 15 days old so i have to wait 10 days more but your account is old so you should have cc load option did you check b&w 10-11am ?? and talk to support regarding this issue

I keep checking during the day. Not sure what time yesterday specifically but other days even during 10-11 there’s nothing. I’ll talk and see. I think at this point they’re just trying to type out creative excuses

well that's not good as i have only got this card for cc load but let's wait for the customer support reply

How to withdraw funds back into our bank acc? The satspay option no longer works right?

Man this is the worst card..
and it seems for first time, I will be loosing my money of Rs. 500
As I will not be able to get the money back
Why?
1) You can only load rs. 10,000 per month using Credit card and the MCC is 6540 i.e. wallet load. Very very few card gives reward on wallet load
after you load, then
2) You can not expend it without any charges...satspay is blocked for wallet money loaded with cc...Hence,
either
3) You have to buy the vouchers (which is huge loss if you have hdfc regalia, infinia or other cards)
or
4) you have to use other app such as ebixcash etc with 2.5% charge....

Hence, Basically, the credit card load is not free...it have min 2.5% to may be 8% (losing due to voucher buy)...

and you require lots of sats points to convert it into money...

I am not even trying to recover my Rs. 500 (I got it on discount)....

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS CARD....

Yeah..
I have mentioned in past as well, no use of this card. Its waste of money.
Also don't keep much money in their wallet just for safety concern.
