Issue Resolved Got 5000 rupees compensation from RBL Bank

When did you apply for the card? Did you contact nodal officer?
I also closed my card before complaining to RBI, because bank was not ready to give it as LTF even after talking with nodal officer.

I talked with their social media team this guy was good be explained to me that the link I applied through was of some affliate and there is no way they will make it ltf so i asked him what's the right way to apply he says do it directly through Instagram delete all cookies and do it and it will be ltf but close the card now and apply 3 months later

I faced the similar issue and made the complaint to RBI. The loan account was immediately closed and Cibi updated in 30 days but no compensation was provided

How did you applied for the card, via their official Instagram handle ad about shoprite LTF? If that's the case they should give it as LTF. The bank's website which opened through Instagram ad showed that the card is LTF?
Whatever the social media guy said, you should contact principal nodal officer before complaining to RBI. You can only complaint to RBI if you didn't receive PNO's reply even after 30 days or not happy with PNO's reply. You can also ask PNO to remove the CIBIL enquiry as well.
