Have a limit of 5.2 lakhs and have a paid millinea card just got an offer for an upgrade. already mailed customer service they denied it. have raised it with Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com, but no luck talking to RM is useless. shall i take FYF or keep on escalating and wait till LTF is offered. Reason for LTF is i have 3 cards expenses are split among them because of that might not be able to reach 4lakh milestone for fee waiver. Using axis airtel for utility, amazon icici for amazon spends. amex platinum travel for travel related spends and current milinea for rest all other spends will be carry forwarding same with regalia gold. please help what would be the right thing to do here to get it LTF. Planning for infinia but don't want to push on spending for it LTF would make full sense for me here.
