Got an offer of ACE Card gpay

I got an offer from gpay to apply axis ACE Credit card and I already hold Flipkart axis credit card but when I applied it is showing bank require more information from you. But I already hold Axis Flipkart Card so what to do? Please suggest. I tried to apply through bank website but it says apply through gpay.

My hunch is it got rejected because it says "Try applying again...". Unless you have an offer in your account with Axis, the only other way is to get it through another invite on some other account.

Uninstall the app and relogin and it should show up. If not use another number to login and check
