Got approved for my Axis Airtel cc

I applied on 11th Mar and got delivered today. Only vkyc and does not have relation with axis bank earlier. I am in Bengaluru so may be delivery is quicker. Other observation is I applied in night around 9pm. So my perception is agents might be likely free and being March end so they want to meet the deadlines of sales so issued quickly.

Others should also get soon at this rate.

Record breakingly quick, I think.. for an AA card..
congrats anyway

To add to this speed of card delivery , 500 inr amazon voucher also issued via email today by 8am. So effectively 11th Mar to 15th mar (all on boarding and rewarding complete)

After reading many of the forums, I indeed feel axis bank is watching our posts and may have focussed on the efficiency first to cut some noise/bad feedbacks floating around .

based on my experience for last 2 yrs, the card is best for those who use airtel postpaid family plan/airtel broadband and take reimbursement from office. for others, it will give 10% upto 300 for non-airtel recharge, electric bill and lpg payments.
10% on BB & swiggy is iffy, works only some of the times and mostly does not work through tataneu. gives only 1% offline, that too with restrictions.
My office gives reimbursement for Postpaid and Internet bills. My first Postpaid bill is yet to be generated.

I have some doubts, can someone please clarify -

1. My current postpaid plan is 449+GST which can be reimbursed. Airtel allows to add one family member for additional 250+GST. If I add another member, how the bill will be generated? Is it going to combined bill of 699+GST or bills for both numbers will be separate? My office will reimburse only my postpaid bill, not my family members, for info

2. Planning to get Wifi as well. Office will reimburse the amount upto 1000. Airtel has monthly, 3 month, 6 month and yearly plans. The monthly plan has 1500 installation charges where as other plans don't have any installation charges. My question is if I opt for 3 month plan, does this mean that I have to pay the bill once every 3 months? I want monthly bills only for reimbursement and double dipping with Airtel Axis CC.

Thanks in Advance.

1. Switch to 699 plan. You will get 1 addon free. Single bill in name of primary holder. But child no will be separately shown in bill with zero rent.
2. For office reimbursement, always better to opt for monthly billing system, even with installation charges. For 3 mth/6 mth/1 yr, you will need to pay upfront first.

For 699 plan, the total bill with be 825, so 25% will be 206, leaving a bal of 44 only out of 250 for broadband. You will get more cashback elsewhere.

1. My doubt with 699 plan is that if I add a family member my office might reject the reimbursement claim since as per t&c only my postpaid bill is eligible for reimbursement.

2. Any other alternative broadband service provider in Bangalore with monthly bill but without/less installation fee?

As I said, bill will be in your name. But it will have multiple pages. the first 3 pages show the rental details and charges, in your name. However, each addon no will also be indicated in separate page, with respective charges. As per plan for 699, 1 addon is free of charges so zero rental is shown. But calls to any premium no will be shown separately with charges.

It is for your employer how they treats it.
