Got Call for first HDFC Tata neu transaction

Guys,

I made a payment of 101rs towards Citi credit card from payzapp via HDFC Tata Rupay card UPI, got a call from customer care after 1 hour and asked me did you made this transaction, i said yes and that's all.

Is this a normal verification call for first usage? I never got a call for such a small amount and it's very weird.

Try changing usage controls and reset pin too

I do not got any call for first credit card transaction
But I got call for first debit card transaction (I thought they will say kuch to paise rehne do account mein)
