Bro BOB will send it via India Post, so the reply can come before your card.

I think it depends on area then.
Even though my area is rural, i have not received any cc through IndiaPost

I live in metro city. It's random I guess.

Even though I live in a metro city other than BOB & Canara & SBI DC all other banks send via private courier services.
