Got Sapphiro LTF. Can someone please explain why two cards - Amex & Mastercard?

it's generally free for salary account holder or having decent nrv. I have got that card ltf twice and later closed it.

Same with my friend Amex and Master. I think it might be due to low acceptance of Amex.

Icici has dual or triple card system. Earlier due to bans, they were issuing only visa cards, but now they seem to be back on track.

I got Saphhiro, last month. Didn't get Amex, but got VISA.
While my Rubyx has MC & AMEX

For LTF currently Sapphiro is given only if last year spends are good and for emeralde they give LTF for NRV more than 2 crore

May be only for some selected customers this criteria works , I have my net salary way above the required for emeralde , but I only managed to get Sapphiro LTF after a huge drama in Twitter , they outright denied for emeralde LTF and said it can only be given if NRV is more than 2 crore

How do I ask them for LTF Sapphiro? I have a regular ICICI savings account with NRV of 10L and income of over 2L/month but not from an Indian company.

You can try mailing them or through Twitter
But mostly for LTF Sapphiro they will need previous year spending to be good

I don't hold an ICICI CC currently, so when you say previous year spending, do you mean on the debit card?

Right, but what do I need if I'm fresh to ICICI credit cards? I have a standard 10k MAB savings account, but hold 100x as much spread across savings/FD/RD. They still don't want to offer me a LTF card above Coral. My CIBIL is decent.

There is no such offer, I tried upgrading to Emeralde based on this info, even escalated to PNO got a reply on mail , that there is no such offer and emeralde can only be given LTF if one have 2 CR NRV atleast, for sapphiro they said , no such salary offer is there but one can get it as an upgrade if past year spend on other icici good is pretty good, they have not mentioned the threshold though for spend
