Got SMS from HDFC

I got this text today.

"Hi HDFC Bank- Your Rs.220000/- Limit Credit Card is approved. Please Confirm Your details https:... "

I confirmed message is from official HDFC and not third party
And link redirected me to HDFC card Portal process of applying card by filling all details

I already have Axis , SBI , AU cards but not HDFC card

So is it already pre approved or it my got rejected?

And if I have to choose HDFC card then which card should I go for? (LTF is preferred if any available)

TRAI website shows HDFC bank address

I don't have any relationship with HDFC.

This looks fishy. And hdfc doesn't give pre approved offers without bank account.. so i wouldn't suggest going ahead with this..
