Yes , for bsnl you can't use ACE.
I am still keeping ACE card for offline 1.5% cb.

As far as i remember
Many cashback cards had 1.5% cb on offline transaction including flipkart axis, but now flipkart axis and amazon pay both offer 1% cb

HSBC Live+ is my fav for the same along with 10% on grocery and food.
