Grabdeals cashback not received, even after getting transaction recorded sms

I made a couple of transaction on flipkart in the first week of dec, and got the grabdeals transaction recorded sms for both purchases within a week. I also did an amazon grabdeals purchase (no sms for amazon). I received received exactly 2% cashback as promoted for the amazon transaction in dec under the head Grabdeals cashback Dec, but my cashback for flipkart is missing. Should I raise a complaint or does cashbeck get delayed beyond 120 days sometimes?

Usually grabdeal cashback get credited on the 3rd month last week. Cashback will get credit within 120 days only not beyond that. Which means you should have credited it on last week of March. So just wait till 120 days completed. Then escalated to pno. You will get it for sure. Even i didn't get sms for Flipkart transaction once and within a month I mailed to pno to check my transaction was successfully recorded or not. He replied it's not recorded and attributed to grabdeal. I thought that my 1000+something was gone. But after 90 days i escalated it and they checked it with their backend team. I made follow up for the same.Then they could get the grabdeal transaction tracking after that. So sometimes it may not be tracked due to technical glitch. But later you will get it. So wait till 120 days.

Made a purchase on 4th Dec, got SMS on 10th Dec. 120 days have passed, and I was thinking of waiting till april last week.

Even I am not sure about this. TnC states no cb for mobiles, but according to grabdeals TnC, I shouldn't have received cashback for gv purchase on amazon, still somehow got it lol.

Update:
Called support yesterday, and he had no idea about grabdeals. He raised a request after I explained him everything. Today (or yesterday maybe) out of nowhere a new entry dated 26th March appeared in my statement which is indeed my grabdeals cashback lol

Same. But that portal is a scam. Most of the times they don't record the transaction. Especially if it is 2nd transaction on Grabdeal. better to use other referral sites like Cashkaro etc.

Did you make the transaction in grabdeal according to the t&c like enable cookies in the browser, product added after redirected from the merchant app/website, maintain the page ??
