I have never seen Payment Gateway Option for CC in case of GST ... Yes for Income Tax it's there.

I am able to pay INCOME TAX using Credit Card through Payment Gateway

But for GST the same route if not available ... so m paying through BharatNxt

Not like that. U would have to create a challan first. Afterwards u will be able to pay.
