Guidance Needed how to Surrender Lapse Policy

Recently i Came to know that my father has purchased insurance policy from sud life plan name ( Sud Life Elite Assurance Plan) on Feb 2017 With Premium Amt of 170000 paid only 1 premium so i want to know can i surrender that policy now and take my money back or not any help .
