Gyftr Amex contact (not ivr)

Hi

I purchased amazon vouchers through amex gyftr yesterday received all vouchers except one 1k voucher....now I am trying to reach to gyftr on the phone number mentioned on amex gyftr website but that goes to an ivr and chatbot that is utterly useless...

is there an email id or phone number where I can talk to real gyftr executive to get my missing voucher?

They reply in 24-48 hours. I had a transaction failure (amount debited but transaction failed) and received the refund as promised by CS in 7-8 days.

Quote your order number / mobile number so they can trace your transaction.
