is it just me or gyftr(https://www.gyftr.com/edgerewards) is not working for everyone?

nice detailed chat with the gyftr helpdesk.. Issue between PAYU and Axis.. has been escalated to Axis.. no update yet, they "hope" resolution in 2 days.. key work - "HOPE"

I talked to customer care multiple times, they suggested writing a mail to premium.experience@axisbank.com.

I received a response today which basically said since the transaction never went through at all, I should contact gyftr for the issue.

That's new so it's more of a gyftr issue. Though yesterday someone got it working thru hdfc infinia.
