Infinia Gyftr Voucher Purchase for Add on Card

I have 2 infinia add on cards which I use every month to purchase additional 10k amazon voucher each from both the cards . Somehow this month , the order has been failing . I have tried multiple times but its not working . I even tried purchasing Swiggy voucher in case amazon has some issue but everytime , it is throwing the following error

" Sorry! Your order cannot be processed. Please call our Toll Free number 1800 103 3313 for assistance "

Are other people also facing this and any solution to this problem ?

yes . Have been doing that for the last 1 year . Different accounts , different mobile nos . This month , its failing

It is failing for me but I am getting different error "Payment failed at PG". Multiple retries also failed. If it is temporary failure then it is okay otherwise it is a major devaluation of Infinia

My error is not related so ignore

My issue was due to online transaction disabled so not related to yours

I got the same error last month:

Your Order No (XXXXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX) has failed. Sorry! Your order cannot be processed. Please call our Toll Free number 1800 103 3313 for assistance."

I used a add-on card to buy a Amazon Pay gift card, then immediately logged out, signed in with the account associated with a different card and tried to buy another gift card. Probably shouldn't have done that one after the other (even though, I've done it before) — it felt like it triggered some kind of alert.

I called the Toll Free number and it was a maze, but I was inadvertently redirected to Whatsapp support. Again I stumbled around:

• Chose "6 Track Your Order"
• Verified with OTP
• "Enter the first three letters of the website where you made your purchase" -> Gyftr
• "Enter your order number" -> XXXXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX
• "It looks like none of the options match.........3 No" -> "3"
• "Would you like to talk to agent? 1 Yes 2 No" -> "1"
• Shared the error with the agent. They said it would take 3 days. Got an email confirmation of the ticket
• After 3-4 days, got an email saying the issue is resolved, please try again.

It's working for me now.
