I'm trying to purchase myntra gift card from smartbuy using HDFC regalia gold credit card and it's failing before even taking to OTP entry since yesterday. I'd purchased the same even last week without any issues. I'm unable to raise ticket on gyftr, what should I do?

There is some ongoing problem with Smartbuy I guess.

Is your problem resolved? I am facing same problem with amazon and flipkart vouchers

HDFC Smartbuy has always been a little tricky with the vouchers, try again in a day or two and it should work again.

Can we not buy directly from Gyftr? Any benefit from buying via Smartbuy?

just to be clear, buying amazon pay gc via smartbuy gyftr does mandate us to pay extra charges (processing fee of 2.5% + GST) right? See my screenshot as I was trying to buy amazon pay vouchers worth 23k and charges are 383 Rs.
