Hard enquiry for Limit Enhancement

I had requested for Limit increase for Axis Bank MyZone Card, around a month ago, before the Festive Sale. But, only today, i.e 2 Nov 2022, there was a hard enquiry on CIBIL.

now a days their are not max or min time they are taking whatever time they need to process, its been a week i have applied for LTF axis indian oil, no progress till yet.
