Has all apps stopped accepting debit cards to pay bills of credit card?

Hello
Paid one credit card bill 2 days ago on cred and it was accepting debit card as a mode. Today no other app except mobiqwik is accepting debit card to be used to pay for credit card bills.
Anyone knows any way?

Isn't still HDFC netbanking bill pay accepts HDFC debit cards for other credit card bill payment?

Paytm Accepts Debit card to Pay CC bill. You can also use Cheq(if willing to pay 1% extra)

Paytm was like this. Saying the card is currently unsupported.
Remove and add it again, it started working.
