Has anyone got ₹100 per day Compensation for delayed update in credit bureaus i.e in credit reports as per RBI guidelines. Is it implemented or not?

Got 3 k as compensation from CRIF, but the issue is not yet resolved. Some transactree loan provider is still in my credit history and dont remember what is that loan provider's origin. Does anyone know how we can find out that?

Today I share my 2 experience again bank.

1) axis Bank

I got WhatsApp message if i Spend 5k axis bank will give me 500 rs voucher last 4 digit of credit card mentioned.
As per terms and conditions during 90 days voucher will be given.
After 90 voucher not received i contact axis web chat and share this screenshot axis web team tell me that this is only for axis lic card and your card is myzone card so voucher will not given to you.



After I mailed to axis pno and say give my voucher else I go to RBI ombudsman.

Most probably it's freo pay. If you had any past relationship they didn't report it to any bureau. But later in the end of 2023 they suddenly reported to bureau without confirmation for many customers.

Yeah i have an account on that, as per freo pay we cannot close that account and get an NOC do you know any methods to close freo pay?

My BOB card was not reported to cibil for over 6 months. I raised a complaint and lucky me 🙂 they took almost 2 months to resolve it.

And during their final email, they asked if anything else I'd required. I straight out told them about the compensation. They again delayed the response and constantly repeated that they had reported it, it takes a while etc.

After giving them a final email warning. I went straight to RBI Ombudsman and filed a complaint there. And I received call from BOB next day ( who usually take over a week to respond ). And the agent took almost an hour to tell me that they have a cycle in place blah blah. I blatantly told him that no one is above regulations and I want the compensation.

Finally yesterday I received the email that they will be sending 2700 as compensation.

It's been a long battle ( 5 months 🙂 ) but finally, I won XD
