It's waste.
- Unavailability
- If it's available, you have to choose that hotel only even if other better hotels are available at cheaper rate
- Many hotels are available which are very far from main centre, which is useless.

Not sure what you mean. If you have a CM membership and you want to use it, of course you have to book a CM property and not a Taj property.

buffets are mediocre IMO.may be assonora is an exception with a decent spread and taste.at rest of the properties it was bad.

Can't disagree with you more. In fact Assonora was disappointing. In my last trip in Aug 24 we went to Varca, Assonora, Tirupati (associate property - not comparing) and Puducherry. Varca and Puducherry was awesome. Assonora was extremely disappointing and I gave a 8 point feedback to top management.

HI I am CM member for last 15 years and never regret it. Little bit of advance planning can get us resort, but yes Purple member would have maximum possibility to get resort as per their choice. For family types of people this is really blessing.
