Basically it is a C2C AU Card Application process + you get the card LTF .

I was bank customer before applying AU LIT. Received call from bank person to apply card. It was not Pre-approved offer. While applying shown limit of Rs. 60K. 2 days After submitting application person came to do work verification and clicked photo in front of the office. After that within 2 days virtual card was generated in the app. Received limit of Rs. 60K. No income document or other credit card statement was asked.

Update here what happens.
I was told on mail and call to contact again after 48 hrs to delete existing lead and then can reapply for zenith.

Entered my citibank prestige bin got Au ultra. If I leave application as it is will there be another Inquiry when I logged back in? Anybody with experience reply

Swipeup lead ID will be deleted after 45 days till that time you can continue with same application, no additional enquiry.

no other cibil hit. your application process will continue with same lead ID after entering mobile and PAN.

Anyone tried this with AMEX Gold Charge Card? I was about to try but i donno why I tried with APay card with 3L limit thinking that if I dont get good card, I ill go back nd change the card.
Got Xcite Ace instead of Ultra 🙁
Waited for a day with pending application, got numerous calls from Bank to complete kyc and was assured that they cant cancel my request so that I can apply again in a couple of days. They told me that even if they delete rwquest, then it will take 6 months cooldown.
SO went ahead with KYC and finished it. Why get unnecessary cibil hit.

I was initially offered zenith with 8L limit but don’t what went wrong and application was rejected. I applied after few months and offered ultra. I gave up and any with AU ultra with 8L limit. Do you think we can upgrade to a higher variant later on?

I literally have 8 email conversation asking them if I get xcite card what age and limit is required to upgrade to zenith, till now I didn't got straight answer for it.

Oh don’t get me started on this. They are utter idiots and don’t even see what is written in the email. Don’t expect anything fruitful.
