Were you able to convert your card to Rupay network?
I got rupay premier in first attempt itself... I upgraded my rupay easy to rupay premier.... I specifically mentioned in email to only upgrade to rupay platinum from rupay easy... In bold letters
BoB Card Conversions team people are weird. I also faced same issue. Directly send conversion email to 'crm@bobfinancial.com' for changing the card variant. In my case they provided the proper resolution.
By proper resolution, do you mean they changed the card or not?
Yes. They did it. But they took enormous time.

Bro please go thru initial thread post by @nitrogenSingh conversion teams rejected the request to change from Visa to Rupay
you will get reply within 3 months. BOB is too slow.
In my case it was taken almost 1 month. Sometimes Conversions team don't take conversion request seriously and it was my case. Everytime I mailed to conversion team they just closed the request after 3-4 working days without giving any reply or resolution. But then I tried to mail to 'crm@bobfinancial.com' and they did it but took ample time.
If you don't get any reply from CRM team within 14 working days then send to mail to 'crm1@bobfinancial.com'. But I think you shall have resolution from CRM team but may take some time.
Now everyone is doing it... Before sharing this thing on forum.. When I first sent in june end... I had new card in my hand in 3 days.... Despite I requested an upgrade from easy rupay to premier rupay
I also followed your step. And received my 1st upgrade from Select to Premier. Then it was done through Conversion team. But when I converted it to Eterna, it didn't worked.
BoB doesn't give Eterna easily. Only to some few people
