Has Jupiter launched a Wallet?

I happened to check my notifications and came across this today.

I wanted to understand if Jupiter has launched some kind of Wallet Service besides its Neo Bank Savings Account.

I tried to seek some details from this forum but couldn't find any. So I thought of asking.

What's more puzzling is that the message states Load money via Credit Card and exit through the UPI route.

Upto 5% jewels i.e upto 1% cashback that to after doing 80 txns. Which resets every month.

MCC IS 6540 But money addition via Debit card charges is 1% and Via CC is 2.5%
1-20th txn = 1 jewel only so 0.2% reward rate.
