Has sbi stopped giving rewards on debit card

I recently purchased winter wears from Myntra worth good amount & used SBI debit card (virtual) as it's giving 5X rewards on Myntra as shown on there web.

But today it's more than 14 days my rewards Balance is still 0.

Has anyone recived rewards from SBI rewardz on shopping on Myntra or other shopping apps?

+ Any other debit card from any govt banks or PSU which give rewards on debit card spends on shopping or offline purchase? [NO PRIVATE BANK]

Recently I closed all my neo banking account like Jupiter & fi ( trustless banks)

SBI won't stop giving reward points without informing the customers. Try writing to SBI Rewards.

I am assuming this is not your first ever DC transaction on first ever SBI DC of this savings account.

Yes I usually do transactions but earlier I got rewards within max 2 days
