Having issues with ICICI amazon pay credit card?

Hey I recent got the card delivered to me(2 days ago, this is my first card so I don't know what wrong i might have done). I have been trying to do a transaction with the card on amazon and it show shows me this on the screen after I type the OTP.



Afterwards I logged on the ICICI net banking portal to unblock the card. It said there are no blocked cards under my name. I eventually called ICICI customer care and asked why is my payment not going thru, they had no clue. I even did a transaction request while on call with the customer care agent. They said there was no transaction request on there side. Has anyone faced this issue?

yep I tried it on a different site too just to check if it was a amazon issue.

Strange issue.. I'd suggest Wait for card delivery and if it still doesn't work then try replacing the card

You mentioned you got this card 2 days back and it's your first card. When the card is delivered there is a temporary block on that card. Make sure to generate pin for that card it will remove temporary block. Also login to icici net banking and make sure card is showing as delivered. You would have also received tracking details from icici ftom there also you can verify delivered status. Sometimes what happens is card is delivered by courier but it's not updated in bank's system. It would take 2-3 working days.

Check if you have accidentally tap temp Block

I have already done generating PIN part. And the card shows delivered too. I have sent them a mailed and they asked for the payment details. Maybe I just wait for two more days.

yep i have mailed customer care already and for the temp block part my imobile app show the same thing as yours. Idk if i have accidentally pressed it or not. What would be the change in the UI be?

Yes. Try again in 2-3 days. Probably Monday or Tuesday.
