HDFC’s Credit Card - Single application and Multiple rejections

Already hold three HDFC cards, two savings account and 1 current account.

Now applied for Tata Neu Infinity on Feb 2nd and already completed their VKYC during application.

Got rejection mail on Feb 4th.
On Feb 7th, got another message to complete offline biometric verification through Manipal Business solution and when checked the application status it’s showing as Inprocess.

No one contacted me for KYC and on Feb 8th I got rejected message again.

So I thought sending a mail to reconsider my application and send them on Feb 9th.

Now today Feb 10th, just checked the application status and it’s showing again as Inprogress 🤣

Let’s wait for their decision again 🤣

Today morning 12th Feb, got a call from their KYC agent to complete offline biometric KYC. Let’s see

Today’s update,
They rejected my application again (third time), I got a reply from HDFC grievance redressal that my application is rejected due to email id mismatch in the application. They asked me to send email id declaration form through their email. Anyone know what form is that? Where can I find it?

Better ask them to send one.It will work, whatever form it is.
