HDFC A/C Upgrade from Imperia to Infiniti

I've been offered an upgrade from Imperia to Infinity. Among the other benefits, what stand out are:

both offered as FYF, with spend threshold based fee waiver for the Infinia CC. No fee waiver for the Infinity DC, annual fee ₹2500 + tax from 2nd year onwards.
Should I consent to the upgrade? And, if I do, will it be possible to downgrade the CC/DC after 1 year?

Why u guys are so obsessed with millenia? To me platinum is better than millenia. Btw I got both millenia and platinum and get monthly salary of 400+750 every month 😉

Depends on your spend pattern, agar monthly bills are more than 75000 than go for platinum, take millenia debit card in name of family member.
